Once Worn is a pre-loved luxury resale platform based in Beirut, Lebanon. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Authenticity
All items sold through Once Worn are authenticated prior to listing. Authentication is carried out via third-party services. Once Worn makes no affiliation claims with any of the brands featured and acts solely as a resale platform.
Brand Disclaimer
Once Worn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of the brands listed on this site. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received significantly differs from its description.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Once Worn reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Wish Money Transfer. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Lebanon only. Shipping fees are $5 and are non-refundable. Delivery timelines are subject to availability of courier partners.
Condition of Items
All items are pre-loved and their condition is described in each product listing. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing. Minor wear consistent with pre-loved items is expected and does not constitute grounds for return.
Consignment
Once Worn accepts items on consignment. Commission rates range from 30–50% depending on the item. Sellers will be paid once the item is sold and payment is confirmed. Once Worn reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet our curation standards.
Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
