We research the market and propose a price — but nothing goes live without the seller's approval. Pricing is always a conversation.

All sales are final — no returns or refunds. Each piece is carefully described and authenticated before listing, so if you have any questions about condition, sizing, or fit, just DM us before you purchase. We're always happy to help.

DM us with photos of your piece and we'll take it from there. We'll review, authenticate, agree on a price together, and handle everything else.

We research the market and propose a listing price — but nothing goes live without your written approval. Any discount also requires your consent.

Once Worn operates on a 30–50% commission on the final sale price, depending on the item. You will receive your share once the item is sold and payment is confirmed.

The standard consignment period is 4 to 6 months from the date of listing. You may request your item back after a minimum of 3 months.

We'll notify you at the end of the consignment period and arrange its return. Simple as that.

It varies by brand and demand. High-demand pieces can sell within days. Others may take longer — that's why we price carefully and market consistently.
